This monthly underground supper club is inspired by the casa particular concept found in Cuba, where regular folks set up restaurants out of their homes.
Join me every month as I cook up some of my specialties for you at one of the most exclusive restaurants in South Florida: my house.

Peru has a very significant Italian immigrant population that immigrated to the country in 1800s. Most of Peru’s Italian residents hailed from Liguria, the birthplace of pesto genovese.
Over the past centuries, Italo-Peruanos (as we call them) have had a huge influence on Peruvian cuisine. Peruvians now eat panettone on Christmas Eve and enjoy fresh pasta with rich sauces all throughout the year.
On January 25th, I’l be serving up a 3-course dinner that celebrates the Italian contributions to Peruvian gastronomy in a unique way.
This is a vegetarian-friendly dinner!
Dinner will be served in courses.
Cost is $30 per person paid in advance.
Space is limited to 6 people.
Doors open at 6:45 PM. Dinner will be served at 7:15 PM.
